TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Full Body VR, a service operated under Cloud House Corporation.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all services provided by Cloud House Corporation, including those offered under the Full Body VR brand (collectively referred to as the “Company”).

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, booking services, full body virtual reality experiences, equipment rentals and event services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or you are supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Minors may only participate with adult consent and supervision. The Vive Focus VR headset and Kat treadmill require participants to be 13 years of age or older.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Company provides: Immersive full-body VR experiences, omnidirectional treadmill systems, VR equipment rentals (on-site and off-site), Event-based VR services. All services are subject to availability.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Use of our services involves physical activity and inherent risks, including: falls or collisions, motion sickness or dizziness, equipment-related injury, physical strain. You agree to participate at your own risk and stop immediately if discomfort occurs. You should consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.

5. WAIVER REQUIREMENT

All participants MUST review and sign a Liability Waiver & Release Agreement and provide initials and signature where required. Failure to complete the waiver will result in denial of service without refund.

6. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Full or partial payment may be required at booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

48+ hours notice is required for a full refund. 24–48 hours notice is required for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours notice is not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.

8. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Sessions begin at scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced or forfeited time.

9. EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS

By renting equipment, you agree: You are fully responsible for all equipment during possession. Equipment may only be used as instructed. Equipment must be returned in original condition. Upon delivery, a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to verify the identity of the recipient and ensure the product is released to the correct individual. Failure to provide valid identification releases FullBodyVR from any responsibility or liability related to the delivery or receipt of the product.

10. DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT

You agree to full financial responsibility for damage, loss, theft. Each Full Body VR system has a significant replacement value per unit. You agree to pay full replacement cost, repair costs, labor and technician fees, shipping and downtime losses. Liability is not limited to deposits or holds.

11. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & SECURITY HOLD

By booking or renting, you authorize us to: place a pre-authorization hold on your payment method, charge for damages, losses, or additional fees. Charges may occur during or after your booking, beyond any initial deposit amount.

12. USE OF EQUIPMENT

You agree to: Follow all instructions, Use equipment safely and properly, Not tamper with or modify equipment. We reserve the right to terminate use if safety is compromised.

13. SUPERVISION OF MINORS

Adults are fully responsible for minors. Children must not be left unattended. We are not a childcare provider.

14. CONDUCT POLICY

The following are prohibited: Reckless or unsafe behavior, damage to property, harassment or disruption. Violation may result in removal without refund.

15. PERSONAL PROPERTY

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged personal items.

16. INFECTIOUS DISEASE DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge the risk of exposure to illness (including COVID-19). To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any illness or transmission.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law: our total liability shall not exceed $10 CAD.

18. THIRD-PARTY USE / EVENTS

If you book for a group or event: You are responsible for all participants. You assume liability for third-party actions.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Including but not limited to: Occupiers' Liability Act.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall: Be resolved under the Arbitration Act, be handled through binding arbitration and be filed within 1 year.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Cloud House Corporation. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

22. MEDIA CONSENT

By using our services, you consent to: photography and video recording, use of your likeness for marketing. You may opt out in writing.

23. PRIVACY

We collect and store user data including booking information, waiver data, payment details (processed securely via third parties). We do not sell personal data.

24. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with the Waiver, constitute the full agreement between you and the Company.
